Vina Real CrianzaCune Crianza is made from grapes from the Rioja Alavesa area, harvested, and processed manually in Viña Real. The destemmed grapes were placed in stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place for 10-12 days. The wine is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 13-14 months.

After 3 or 5 years, the wine takes on a distinctive smell of truffle and undergrowth evolving towards notes of venison.
