This older expression of our award-winning flagship bourbon is bottled without chill filtration at 100 proof with a mashbill of 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley. Since our founding in 2014, we've carefully set back whiskey for long-term aging. With additional time in the barrel, this well-aged bourbon delivers the savory-spicy flavors but with an oaky, yet more mellow, buttery finish.

Overall, this is sweeter and richer than most would expect from a high-rye bourbon, but it still has plenty of backbone. Caramel and toffee are layered with cinnamon bark and oak, while a splash of water brings milk chocolate and hazelnut into lip-smacking focus.
